How
long does it take to fill a guaranteed signups order? Generally it
depends on the programs appeal and if the program is being heavily advertised
by it's other members. Campaigns can run a few weeks to several months.
The newer the program or offer the faster the order will be filled. Larger
orders can take more time than smaller ones. However we work closely with
the advertising networks and we do fill most orders within a reasonable
time.

is your refund policy? We will not unreasonably withhold any legitimate request. All refund requests will be consider on a case by case basis. Please read our TOS

Why
did you recently change from your previous cedit card payment processor
to PayPal? Our previous CC payment processor was not cost effective.
We find PayPal to be a much better fit and offers our customers more payment
options as well. You do not need to be a member to pay by CC or bank account.
We also now offer payment via e-gold as well.

Why
no phone support? We find email support to be far more cost effective
and we pass the savings on to our customers with reduced prices. We do
however contact a client by phone on occasion if it is deemed necessary.

Some
businesses are selling Paid and Guaranteed Signups really cheap, why is
that? They're probably selling poor quality free sign-ups or hand entered
leads as signups. Paid sign-ups take a lot of advertising to achieve results
so we can't see how they can be sold cheap. The old adage you get what
you pay for does apply to sign-ups as well. We sell only live sign-ups
via a real person viewing your ad and clicks through to your web site.
